So I’m completely off track. I’m at 199.2 now. :/
I know, after a bunch of drinking and parties, I didn’t quite get it back together.
But I’m back in the gym and plan on eating better and no parties anytime soon. I need to be consistent if I want to see my goals happen before August.
GUYS, let me just say I did absolutely terrible this week. UGH.
IDK what happened but I definitely can’t continue eating like this, I’m almost certain I will gain all of the weight back.
I haven’t weighed myself for this week yet because Georgia “shut down” for a few days.
But I will before the day is out. I am SCARED.
As long as I’m not over 196 ish, I’ll be fine. But oh my gosh, I need to recommit fast!
