tryin to clean my house and listen to Beyonce at the same time
I didn’t almost break my neck for 4 notes you fuckers
So I have been back on track for exactly a week now.
I worked out every morning using Insanity, I ate between 1200-1300 calories a day, and ate veggies most of the time. I ate 5-6 times a day and tried my best to keep track of my sodium, and fat intake.
I have NOT started the garcinia cambogia yet however I am planning to start it next week.
Here’s an outline of what I ate yesterday:
1/2 oatmeal w/ 1 tbsp Honey
Lunch: (I made 1 full serving of spaghetti and split it between Lunch and snack 1)
1/2 whole grain penne
1/4 green pepper
1/4 cup onions
1 sliced jalapeno
2-3 ounces ground turkey
Homemade oatmeal bites
Crispy green beans
Stuffed green pepper(onions, mushrooms, ground turkey)
I also drank 5 18oz of water each day, along with at least 8oz green tea.
It seems like it paid off, but I haven’t weighed myself yet.
Nervous but excited!
So last week as I was legit starting back my weightloss regime after giving up for about 3 weeks, I got an excruciating pain in my right side. Come to find out I had a kidney stone and an ovarian cyst.:/
Although these weren’t the worst things to ever happen to someone, it did make me realize that I have been taking my health for granted and that I should everything in my power to cherish my body…because honestly I haven’t been.
The idea of taking pills for the rest of my life is not appealing.
